Available in the following materials :- ABS, PVC-U, CORZAN PVC-C, AIR-LINE XTRA, MDPE, HPPE, PP and PVDF. Each system is complimented by an extensive range of manual & actuated valve, accessories and flow monitoring equipment to assist with their use in many differing applications.

Thermoplastic pipework systems have some common advantages when compared to steel pipework, such as:

• Lightness in weight (easy to handle).
• Smooth bore surfaces (for improved flow characteristics and economic operation).
• Speed and security of jointing (for reduced installation costs and leak-free joints).
• Corrosion resistance (for long term performance and reduced maintenance costs).
• Thermal insulation properies (reduced heat loss and insulation requirement).

The system is essentially a solvent cement system although there is a good range of treaded adaptors. This system should not be confused with common waste drainage systems as the range of fittings and pipe can provide a complete solution to most applications where steel pipework has been used previously.
